HB2568 HFA Skinner, Fleischauer and Pushkin 2-10

            Delegates Skinner, Fleischauer and Pushkin move to amend the bill on page 9, Section 4, line 18, by striking the period, inserting a colon and the following proviso:

            “Provided, That it is not a violation of this subsection to perform an abortion if it is necessary to prevent a risk to the health of the women in the reasonable medical judgement of a reasonably prudent physician.”
